Meet The Instructors

Erin Greaves

My yoga journey began with Yin yoga. I branched out into Hatha and Iyengar yoga.  I fell in love with the practice because I loved the way I could not worry about what everyone else was doing during practice.  I found strength and confidence that I never knew I could even have. In 2021, I decided to do my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training because I wanted to the opportunity to give someone else the same feelings and experiences I receive from yoga.  I have been instructing for 2 years at

Amber McCann

I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. After taking my first class in 2013, I have redirected my life by changing my diet and implementing wellness and self-care into my routines. I expanded my knowledge and committed to a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016. Since then I have gone on to take a 100 hour yin yoga training and a 300 hour teacher training that focused on anatomy, assisting, sequencing, cueing to a peak pose, and pranayama. I currently teach slow flow vinyasa and yin yoga.

Ann Graziosi

I am a retired research scientist/microbiologist who has practiced yoga for over 30 years and studied qigong for over four years. I became a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor in 2018. I am certified in Level 1 (Qi Activation), Level 2 (Qigong for Healers) and Level 3

(Becoming a Powerful Healer) Spring Forest Qigong (2022-2024) and I also

completed the “Heal from Within” qigong course through Siu Ping Negrin (2021).

Alli Walker

I am a certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance, cheer, and gymnastics. I have always been passionate about movement and its powerful connection to both body and mind. I hold certifications in Mat 101 and Mat 102 and my training allows me to lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates sessions focused on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Amber McClure

 I am graduating with my master's in nutrition/dietetics studying to become a registered dietitian. I started teaching Les Mills Pilates and Shapes in January 2025; these are classes that combine the art of Pilates, barre, and power yoga. In 2026, I received my group fitness instructor certification through NASM.
