I currently teach slow flow vinyasa and yin yoga.

I teach vinyasa and yin yoga. I am passionate about health & wellness and want to help others. Yoga has always been something I love and find relaxing. The benefits of yoga go beyond just a physical practice on the mat, and extends to every day life as well. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
